    • Employs the Hall principle for non-contact, wear-free operation with an extended service life • Features symmetrical N/S pole arrangement for easy installation

Installation render of the rotation sensor 5–24 VDC
    Output method Open-collector output
Probe detection distance Recommended spacing: 5–15 mm
    Work environment Temperature: -20°C to +80°C, Humidity ≤ 90%
Signal Status Blue line: Outputs high and low level signals to indicate direction—initially, it outputs a low level with the green light on when rotating forward.
Forward rotation aligns with the arrow direction. When reversed, a high voltage is applied, and the red light illuminates—indicating that the reverse direction is opposite to the arrow's orientation.
White wire: Outputs the speed pulse signal, which is a square wave.
    Protection Level IP65
Vibration resistance capability 5G under normal usage conditions
    Shell material Nickel-plated brass

    Output characteristics

On the left side of the diagram, forward rotation: The blue line outputs a low-level signal; the white line emits a pulse train (with one pulse representing one full rotation).

In the diagram: Reverse – the blue line outputs a high level; the white line outputs a pulse signal (one pulse represents one full rotation).

On the right of the diagram, "Stop": The blue line maintains its previous level, while the white line does not output a pulse signal. In other words, as long as the white line isn’t generating a pulse signal, the system can be determined to have stopped rotating.

Note: This diagram uses a 12V power supply as an example, with the high-level signal being around 10V.

Note: After installation, refer to "the figure below" to verify that the installation is correct.

    As shown in the diagram above, magnet 1 and magnet 2 have opposite polarities on the side facing the sensor;

The sensor installation direction (indicated by the front-end arrow) is as shown in the diagram above. Ensure that the arrow on the sensor's end face points in the correct rotational direction, and that the arrow aligns parallel with the tangent direction of the disk.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the regular maintenance tasks for the website?

Regular website maintenance is key to ensuring the site remains secure, operates smoothly, and delivers a great user experience. Maintenance tasks include updating website content, checking and fixing broken links, backing up data, conducting routine security audits, patching vulnerabilities, and optimizing performance. These efforts help keep the website running efficiently over the long term while providing users with a seamless and enjoyable experience.

What’s the difference between UI and UX in website design?

UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) are two crucial aspects of website design. While UI focuses on the visual design, layout, and elements of a website, UX emphasizes the overall feeling and interaction users have when navigating the site—covering factors like usability, navigation, and interactivity. Exceptional UI design typically enhances the user’s UX experience.

What types of web hosting services are available?

Website hosting services can be categorized into shared hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and cloud hosting. Shared hosting involves multiple websites sharing the resources of a single server, while VPS offers a virtualized environment that mimics a dedicated server. Dedicated servers provide an exclusive, standalone setup for a single website, and cloud hosting delivers hosting solutions through cloud-based services. Each type comes with its own unique features and is suited to different use cases.

What is the purpose of a website traffic statistics tool?

Traffic analytics tools like Google Analytics help analyze website visit data, including visitor sources, page views, and user behavior. By gaining insights from this data, website owners can better understand their audience, refine website content and design, enhance the user experience, and ultimately boost conversion rates.

How to choose the right website-building technology for yourself?

Choosing website-building technology depends on your personal technical skills and the specific needs of your site. If you’re familiar with programming, you can opt to write your own code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other tools. Alternatively, you might consider leveraging existing frameworks or libraries, such as Bootstrap or React, to streamline the development process.

How to start building your own website?

To build a website, you first need to choose a domain name, which serves as the website’s address. Next, select a reliable hosting provider, as this is where your website files and data will be stored. After that, either write the website’s code or design its pages—whichever approach suits your needs. Finally, upload the website files to the server. And just like that, your site will be ready to be accessed and browsed online!
