    Installation Precautions

    Please connect the cables according to the wiring method specified in the specification sheet.

    This product is not suitable for solutions containing adhering suspended particles or viscous liquids.

    This product may not function properly with certain emulsified substances and semi-solid liquids.

    Please do not scratch the probe during installation and use.

    This product cannot be used in environments with infrared light sources.

    The optimal installation angle ranges from 0° (parallel to the horizontal plane) to an incline of up to 45°. The recommended installation method is shown in the diagram below:

     

     

    Within a 30mm radius at the front end of the liquid level sensor's cone, there must be no reflective surfaces or other obstructions. Additionally, the cone-shaped sensor tip of the liquid level sensor must maintain a minimum distance of 30mm from the bucket wall, as shown in the figure below.

     

     

    When installing the threaded sleeve for the liquid level sensor, the sensor's sensing head must remain exposed outside the sleeve.
